Almost a quarter of a century as BiotechNews editor(-in-chief), building bridges with words in biotech and lifesciences. What a wonderful time full of rapid developments. Since 2024, the magazine BiotechNews has been transformed under the new publisher Haifen Hu to meet the present day. As a scientifically (Leiden and Utrecht Universities) trained communicator, it’s great to join the club for another 25 years as a connector between the always challenging playing fields of biotechnology, life sciences, health, and pharmaceuticals.
