Looking ahead

Both companies will continue to operate under their respective brands and from their existing offices. The goal is to leverage what makes each business successful, whilst strengthening both organisations by sharing knowledge, resources and complementary expertise where it creates real value.    

Matthieu Saintmard continues to lead Sisu Group's life sciences division as Managing Director, while Tom Lammens takes up the operational leadership of Mindcapture as Business Director. Kristiaan Vanhercke will continue to lead MindCapture hand in hand with Tom during a transition period, after which he will remain on board as a strategic advisor to the group.
